DTDC is a courier delivery company. DTDC has now embarked upon its journey of transforming its identity from an Express Document Player to an Integrated Parcels are driven business through its strategic partnership with Geopost's DPD group - Europe's second largest Parcels Delivery player.

In the current web page no uniformity and balance in design. Alignment and spacing need to be fixed. Struggle to find the order tracking which is the main objective of this website.

In the new website, my main priority was to provide Inclusive design to the user, that focus on the four aspects that is Usable design that describes about cognitive behavior and how my user achieve their goal effectively and efficiently. Secondly, designing for people with diverse abilities including motor, cognitive and vision impairments. Furthermore, Ethical design revolves around protecting and respecting individual needs, values and goals and lastly designing for the groups that have been historically underrepresented. For the user the main action on the page is to track their order, I kept at the center for quick access and visually focused. I didn’t play with many colors and pictures as it was presented on the earlier design , which created visual tension on the user mind, I was focused on their primary color and a minimalist design.
