The problem:

The goal:

The goal of my product is to provide a sense of security and comfort by giving them a choice to choose where they want to stay and with whom A trusted and user friendly app where only verified people can find verified users as their preferred roommates. The app will allow messaging and video calling features to confirm the details of the room before booking. Also, people can find their roommates by knowing each other habits and lifestyles.

User research:

To identify the issues and get a better idea of the current scenarios, I did secondary research. Based on those inputs, I have done primary research to better emphasize with the users and understand the user goal. I interviewed 20 people with the questionnaire made and got insights according to their thoughts.

Interview Insights:

50% people's age were between 18-23 years, 40% people's age were between 24-29 years and 9% people's age were between 30-35 years. And rest 1% of people's age were below 18 years can be negligible. So our target audience would be age between 18-35 years.

| came to learn that approximately 90% of people shared their room with anyone due to stayed off school/college campus or job purposes.

Users said it is hard to find people whom they can trust, fit their opinions and thinking. Those methods can't provide them any filter to refine the best result and there is no booking system.
